If you could make one change to the European Parliament, what would it be?

The Democratic Society is launching a project for young people to gather ideas to be sent directly to the European Parliament. If you are aged between 11 and 25, we want to hear from you.

This is your opportunity to talk directly to the European Parliament, telling them what you want and how you want to get it. You can use the site to submit an idea for reform, or to discuss ideas that others have put forward.

What do you think would make the European Parliament work better for you? How can the European Parliament engage with you more effectively? What topics would you like to know more about and how would you like your European Parliament to keep in touch with you?

Your ideas will be used to create a White Paper. A White Paper is a report that sets out a policy – in this case, a series of changes to the way that the European Parliament works. Every person who contributes will have the opportunity to be named as an official author and the report will be presented to the UK’s Members of the European Parliament.
