Dartboard Feedback and Evaluation Template

This can be used for finding out what people thought about workshops and evaluating their participation.

It’s good as it’s quick, visual and easy. There’s an option to give more detailed feedback too. It can be adapted to any topic and used as creatively as you like, online and offline.

As an added extra, it and can be used over time with participants to measure impact or any change in views.

We used this dartboard in early Public Square prototyping sessions, to find out what people thought about workshops and evaluate their participation.
