If you are interested in all things local democracy - involving people in the decisions which affect their lives in the communities they live - then we have the place for you!
Our Public Square site has a curated set of tried and tested tools, stories and templates. Any practitioner, funder, academic or citizen can dig into, explore, adapt and use all of them - from our home to yours.

At Democratic Society, we're all about openness and sharing. It's in our DNA. Public Square is one of the places we do this.
We love to share the things we have found useful in our work, and we'd love you to join us by sharing too. If you have something you'd like us to get online over in our Public Square, as long as it is related in some way, shape or form to local democracy, then we'd love to hear from you.
