Why Democratic Society?

Passionate about advancing the values of social justice, solidarity and human rights defence, I worked for many years in the promotion of democracy at the workplace to defend the workers rights in Europe. To mitigate the challenges faced by the democracies around the world and to restore citizen’s trust in public institutions, I decided to work for DemSoc to be part of a multicultural team dedicated to design and promote innovative ways to help citizens to be educated and involved in decisions that shape their daily lives.

Where I’m based: 

Brussels, Belgium.

Languages I speak: 

French, English and with some touch of Italian and Dutch.

Profile

With over 20 years of experience in the European labour movement, I bring a strong background in project management and coordination, policy analysis, research, and social dialogue with employers. As Operations Lead for EU projects at DemSoc, I have the opportunity to further deepen my expertise by contributing to initiatives that empower citizens to play an active role in shaping the future of democratic governance.
